Home triumph for Estonia in Pärnu

Pärnu hosted the EEVZA U18 Beach Volleyball Championships for boys. The players had to cope with different weather conditions as it was often windy but mostly sunny. Estonia's Kaur Koiduste and Helar Jalg were defeated in the group stage by Anton Dedkov/Sinhayeuski (Belarus) but didn't lose a match after that. In the final, Koiduste/Jalg won Lithuanian pair Robert Juchnevic/Martynas Lopetaitis 2:1 (-16, 13, 13).
Third place went to Latvian team Maris Lancmanis/Vlads Smirnovs who won Dedkov/Sinhayeuski in the deciding match 2:1 (-12, 18, 15).
