EEVZA Extraordinary General Assembly

On the September 10, 2009 within the framework of CEV General Assembly and Final of the European Mens’ Championship, in Izmir (Turkey) was held Meeting of the EEVZA Extraordinary General Assembly, which was attended also by CEV President Mr. A. Meyer and CEV Vice President Mr. J. Hronek.

In the Meeting was represented seven member federations- Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine with the key persons –Elshan Ismaylov,Secretary General,Aleksandr Bagrintsev,Secretary General,Tarvi Purn, Secretary General, Almers Ludviks, President, Egils Cirulis, Secretary General, Miroslav Przedpelski, President, Vladimir Patkin, Secretary General, Oleksand Biber,1st Vice-President, Vladimir Turovsky, Secretary General. No any representatives were from Lithuania.

Meeting was officiated by the EEVZA and Estonian VF President Mrs. V. Savisaar and EEVZA Secretary General Mrs. Inara Brokane as well.

During the Meeting was discussed about the main activities of the Year 2010, Regulations of EEVZA Championships, evaluation of the EEVZA website, have analyzed EEVZA budget and work of EEVZA Commissions.

By the Secretary General of EEVZA Mrs. Inara Brokane was offered proposal since next year organize EEVZA Challenge Cup for men club teams and EEVZA Youth and Senior Beach volleyball Championships as well.

By the all members was approved competitions schedule for Junior and Youth National teams and fixed deadlines for approval of the new proposed activities.
