Successful day for Belarus in EEVZA Girls Championship!

With the six games, today in Grodno (Belarus) has started EEVZA Girls U-15 Championship, where take part Youth National teams from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Latvia, Poland and Russia.
Opening Ceremony of these one of the most important competitions for young generation, was presented by Secretary General of Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Belarus Mr. A. Bagrintsev, Executive Director of the Department of Sport, culture and tourism of Grodno Region Mr. S.Mateichik, Director of the Grodno Regional Centre of physical education of school childs and students Mr. A. Lobur and Head of Department of Physical culture, sport and tourism of the Grodno city Municipality Mr. V.Chigirinov.
Mr. A.Bagrintsev on behalf of the Volleyball Federation, Grodno city and organizers congratulated all of the participants, wished success and straight fight.
During the Opening ceremony also was young artist’s amateur performance and participants have received special National Belarusian gifts and bred.
It was also very lucky day for the organizers due to the fact, that Belarus have two wins and in the first game in the five sets 3-2 (23-25; 25-21;25-18;17-25;15-13) defeated Poland.
